ART 3180 AI ASSISTED MEDIA ART PRODUCTION (3 credits)
This studio-based course explores generative artificial intelligence as a creative tool for making images and videos. Students develop personal workflows using contemporary AI systems while emphasizing experimentation, iteration, and visual critique. Through hands-on studio assignments, demonstrations, and discussion, the course examines authorship, aesthetics, ethics, and cultural impact.
