ATHT 8600 CAPSTONE IN ATHLETIC TRAINING (3 credits)
This culminating experience provides graduate athletic training students the opportunity to integrate and apply knowledge and skills gained throughout the program to a meaningful, student-driven capstone project. Students will identify a topic aligned with their professional interests-such as program development, clinical innovation, educational initiatives, or research translation-and complete a scholarly or applied project that contributes to professional growth or improvement within the athletic training profession. The course emphasizes project planning, evidence-based decision making, professional communication, and dissemination of outcomes to relevant audiences.
Prerequisite(s): Not open to non-degree graduate students.
