BSAD 8730 AI STRATEGY, GOVERNANCE & ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT (2 credits)
This course examines how artificial intelligence-including generative AI-is reshaping competitive advantage, business models, and organizational performance across industries. Executives develop the strategic, governance, and risk management frameworks necessary to deploy AI responsibly, addressing issues of ethics, regulation, transparency, and model oversight. Emphasis is placed on translating AI capabilities into measurable business value while managing organizational, legal, and reputational risk.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Executive MBA program.
