CRCJ 8500 VICTIMS' RIGHTS AND SERVICES (3 credits)
This course focuses on the history and development of crime victims' rights, crime victim services, and the experiences of crime victims at different stages of the criminal justice system. Students will learn about system-based victim services and community-based victim services. Current directions and challenges in victim assistance will also be addressed.
