EDL 8200 EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP CULTURE, RELATIONSHIPS, AND INTERNSHIP (6 credits)
This course examines the essential elements activating the emotional intelligence of educational leadership in shaping and sustaining positive school culture, professional relationships, and continuous improvement systems. Candidates analyze and practice strategies for building trust, collective efficacy, and their unique professional growth through an educational leadership internship.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to UNO Graduate Studies or department permission.
