EDL 8220 INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT (6 credits)
This course emphasizes instructional leadership development and capacity-building practices, including efficacious professional learning, to improve teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Candidates apply research-based frameworks to analyze engaging and effective instruction, provide meaningful and impactful feedback, and evaluate instructional leadership knowledge, understanding and actions supporting high-quality teaching and learning.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to UNO Graduate Studies or department permission.
