EDL 8240 EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT, FINANCE, AND DECISION MAKING (6 credits)
This course focuses on the effective management of educational systems, operations, and resources supporting student learning, opportunity, and safety. Candidates apply budgeting, staffing, and operational planning strategies aligned to continuous improvement goals. Models to organize decision making efforts and strategies to lead school and community key contributors through complex issues increase leadership proficiency.
Prerequisite(s): Admission to UNO Graduate Studies or department permission.
