ISQA 4730 DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEMS (3 credits)
This course examines a set of information systems which specifically support managerial decision makers. These applications provide decision makers with solutions in the domains of predictive and prescriptive analytics, quantitative modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and group support. This course then explores how these solutions can be applied to current business problems, as well as how organizational issues impact the implementation and usage of these systems. Prerequisite(s): CIST 2100 with a grade of C- or better, or equivalent.
