Health and Wellness for Musicians gives an overview of the dimensions of wellness and common health/wellness challenges for musicians. The course provides students with a toolbox of ideas and strategies for the development, design, and implementation of a music wellness campaign for non-musicians and individualized wellness plans for specific instruments and voice types.
