MUS 815V  MUSIC LITERATURE (1 credit)

This course is an overview of standard and advanced literature and is designed for graduate performance majors. Students will apply knowledge about their area of study through lectures and performance. Each section of this course will focus on a different area (Brass, Woodwinds, Strings, Percussion, Voice, Keyboard, Band, Choir, or Orchestra). Each area instructor will choose course materials based on their area.

Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor and/or School of Music Graduate Program Coordinator. Not open to non-degree graduate students.
