A variable content course emphasizing nonprofit management techniques and topics. Topics include nonprofit leadership, board executive staff roles and relationships, personnel and volunteer management, financial management, proposal and grant writing community resources, special events planning and administration, needs assessments and legal ethical aspects. Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor. Not open to non-degree graduate students.
