PSCI 8056 THE JUDICIAL PROCESS (3 credits)
This course introduces students to the administration of law in federal and state courts with respect to the organization of the courts, judicial selection, judicial powers, judicial decision-making, judicial policy-making, the bar, and reform movements in the pursuit of justice. Prerequisite(s): PSCI 1100 or junior standing or permission of instructor.
