Methods of financing residential real estate, analysis of mortgage risks, mortgage instruments, mortgage lenders, financial calculations, influences of governmental agencies. (Fall, Spring)
Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): RELU 2410 and junior standing.
A program certificate in Real Estate and Land Use Economics may be earned by completing nine (9) credit hours from the following list of courses and six (6) credit hours from the list of Real Estate and Land Use Economics elective courses below, for a total of fifteen (15) credit hours.
