An advanced study of recreational programming and leadership through practical applications. Emphasis is placed upon understanding proven programming and leadership knowledge and skills; understanding participant leisure behavior; understanding participant leisure needs; and skill development in ways through which organization, agencies and businesses create services to respond to the leisure needs of the consumer.
