SOC 4550  SOCIAL DIVERSITY IN ORGANIZATIONS (3 credits)

This course focuses on the sociological understanding, analysis and management of social diversity in the workplace. Major issues and attitudes toward racial and ethnic minorities, older workers and workers with disabilities, as well as strategies for implementing diversity in the workplace are examined.
