This course for graduating Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) students serves as an integrative experience focused on ethical reasoning, applied decision-making, and readiness for professional practice. The course provides students with structured opportunities to synthesize knowledge from across the BSW curriculum while critically reflecting on their development as emerging social workers. Through reflection, applied assessment, and ethical self-evaluation, students will leave the course with increased confidence, clarity, and intentionality as they transition from undergraduate education into professional social work practice, graduate education, or entry-level social service roles.
