Candidates will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the theories, policies and processes involved in directing a school library in support of the personal and academic success of P-12 students. Candidates will explore and employ ethical codes of conduct in their profession to ensure school libraries meet the needs of their diverse array of patrons.
