Applied Business Economics and Analysis Certificate
The purpose of the applied business economics and analysis graduate certificate is to assist professionals in government, business, economics, finance, and other analytical fields to expand their economic and analytical knowledge. General Application Requirements and Admission Criteria
Application Deadlines
Students are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible.
- Spring 2027: December 1
- Summer 2027: April 15
- Fall 2027: July 15
Other Requirements
- Junior/senior GPA of at least 2.85 (on a 4.0 point scale)
- English Language Proficiency: Applicants are required to have a command of oral and written English. Those who do not hold a baccalaureate or other advanced degree from the United States, OR a baccalaureate or other advanced degree from a predetermined country on the waiver list, must meet the minimum language proficiency score requirement in order to be considered for admission.
- Internet-based TOEFL: 80, IELTS: 6.5, PTE: 53, Duolingo: 110
- Students must have completed ECON 2200: Principles of Microeconomics, ECON 2220: Principles of Macroeconomics, and BSAD 2130: Business Statistics (or their equivalents).
