Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Minor

Requirements: 

A minor in Real Estate and Land Use Economics is offered for students outside the College of Business and may be obtained by completing twelve (12) credit hours of coursework.  A grade of “C” (2.0) or better is required in each course to be applied to the minor, and an overall GPA within the minor of 2.5 is required to earn the minor.  A minor in Real Estate and Land Use Economics is not available for business majors.
